1 Introduction and General Terms

bdttk1 (referred to hereafter as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document (hereafter "Terms") applies to the use of the bdttk1 website, mobile site and all related services.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on the bdttk1 platform, you can use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your identity verification must be completed before you can withdraw.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold in the event of suspicious activity.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3.3 Currency and Tax Liability

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. Any taxes or duties applicable to winnings are entirely the responsibility of the user. bdttk1 is not liable for deducting or collecting taxes.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdttk1 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to receive this bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled after the period ends.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended.

4.3 VIP Program

The bdttk1 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up through them by playing regularly:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week and special benefits.

VIP cashback is added to your account automatically each week. Your account must remain active to receive VIP benefits.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the bdttk1 platform are run fairly and transparently. Our games are developed by reputable software providers and independently tested.

• Each game has its own rules — you should read them before playing.
• Any win confirmed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• If an ongoing game is cancelled due to a disconnection, bdttk1's decision is final.
• Any dispute about a game result must be reported to support within 48 hours.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

5.3 Sports Betting

bdttk1 accepts bets on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Betting is available on international events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. You can place bets both before a match starts and during live matches. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, refunds will be issued in accordance with bdttk1 rules.

6 Account Suspension, Closure and Appeals

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Contact our support team via live chat or email to do so. Withdraw all eligible funds before closing your account.

6.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation by bdttk1

bdttk1 may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence that the user is a minor.
